Missions

The desks we keep open.

Eight country desks, fourteen countries on the board. Each one is a cache, a coordinator, and a packing list — not a campaign.

Port-au-Prince & Léogâne

Storm seasons still flatten clinics that were already running on generators. We restock trauma kits, tape-mark distribution points, and keep a surgical crate on the ground year-round.

Turkana County

A borehole is a clinic. When the walk for water drops from hours to minutes, everything else — school, wounds, childbirth — gets easier. We drill, we repair, we stay.

Huehuetenango highlands

A one-room clinic on a volcanic slope. The road washes out. The oxytocin still has to get there. We run the last mile so midwives are not practicing out of an empty drawer.

Leyte & Eastern Samar

When the wind drops we are already on the water. Pre-positioned crates on Leyte mean the first 72 hours are work, not fundraising.

Sindhupalchok

Altitude, distance, and a road that is a rumor in winter. Trauma kits and a solar-powered post are how a fall on a terrace does not become a funeral.

Coastal Khulna & river chars

When the river takes the floor, the first fight is cholera. We pre-stage ORS, water tabs, and raised clinic platforms before the monsoon, not after the appeal.

Bekaa Valley

A valley of fields and long displacement. We run primary-care days and a pharmacy crate that restocks every two weeks, without making anyone perform their need.

Upper East Region

A concrete health post, red earth, a long wet season. We fund the gap between what the post is supposed to have and what is actually on the shelf in October.
