Rural clinic seasons & malaria
A concrete health post, red earth, a long wet season. We fund the gap between what the post is supposed to have and what is actually on the shelf in October.
Upper East posts are staffed by people who already know their villages. PH44 does not replace them. We fill the shelf: tests, ACTs, gloves, a light that works after six.
Malaria season is a calendar, not a surprise. Crates leave Oakland in March. They are on the ground before the rains, taped and counted.
The desk is young. It is already the model we wanted: local clinicians, our logistics, no theater.
